I chosed a Sans Serif font to illustrate professionalism & clarity. Sans Serif fonts are commonly associated with modern, simplistic, and clean designs.
In addition the semi bold version to have a more straightforward and uniform appearance.
The small square is simply meant to symbolize a building. I kept it so minimal because you can write out the logo perfectly with a glyph.
Which is an advantage in many factors.
